SELF MANAGED:
Complete a purchase On-Line or In-Store and submit the invoice/receipt to NDIS for reimbursement


* Plan managed invoices will be include a 10% handling fee.

* NDIS & Purchase orders are excluded from free shipping.

PLAN MANAGED:

ONLINE:

SUBMIT ORDER

Sensory Kingdom will create your order and send the invoice to your plan manager for processing. After payment confirmation, Sensory Kingdom will contact you about pickup or shipping. *Please allow 24-48hrs for processing 

IN-STORE:
Visit Sensory Kingdom, collect desired items, and inform the staff that your order is NDIS PLAN MANAGED. Details required, Participant Name, NDIS#, Plan Manager Email. After payment confirmation, Sensory Kingdom will contact you about pickup or shipping.

*NDIS ORDERS WILL BE CANCELLED AFTER 15 DAYS IF PAYMENT IS NOT COMPLETED.
