b. Attach the photo or video proof to your communication.
c. Once reviewed, our team will provide instructions on how to proceed.

4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Change of Mind Policy

At Sensory Kingdom, we are committed to ensuring that our customers have a pleasant shopping experience.
