Acupressure Ring

These spiky metal rings can be rolled up and down the finger for a calming effect to aid in reducing anxiety and assisting in grounding.

They can also be twisted firmly around the finger to achieve pain without damage stimulation for self-harmers. The firm twist can give a similar feeling of pain without doing any damage to the skin.
